These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and AR Data Intelligence Solutions Inc. ("AR Data," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our websites (including ardata.tech, delta.ardata.tech, designscan.ardata.tech, sirius.ardata.tech and associated sub‑domains) or engaging our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our Services.

AR Data provides blockchain engineering, agentic AI solutions and data‑architecture consulting. Our homepage explains that we bridge the gap between emerging technology and practical business value by designing and deploying blockchain networks, agentic AI systems and data architectures for companies ready to innovate. We offer services such as blockchain data engineering, decentralized storage engineering, smart‑contract development, tokenomics services and AI workflow automation. Details about specific services may be set out in separate statements of work or service agreements. In case of conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the latter will prevail.

All content on our websites—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software and designs—is owned by AR Data or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. The names and logos of AR Data and our products (e.g., DesignScan, Sirius, Delta Storage) are trademarks of AR Data Intelligence Solutions Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

When you engage us for services, each party may have access to confidential information. Both parties agree to keep such information confidential and to use it only for purposes of performing the contract. AR Data's handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy above. You agree that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and that it forms part of these Terms.

IX. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AR Data will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim or (ii) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AR Data Intelligence Solutions Inc. and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of another.

XI. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through good‑faith negotiations. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute, it will be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Toronto, Ontario.

XII. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our websites. Changes will become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
